BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Conditions

We will ask for your credit card details at the time of booking in order to be able to guarantee your reservation. If the card details have not been entered within 24 hours, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

You can cancel or change the date of your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the booking. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance, a penalty of €30 per guest will be applied. Booking changes are subject to the availability of the restaurant. To change the number of diners, you can always do so 24 hours in advance by contacting the restaurant by email or by telephone during our opening hours. If the change of diners is not communicated, the same penalty of €30 per person will be applied.

Failure of all or some of the diners to attend on the day of the booking is considered a modification or cancellation after the set deadline, and a penalty of €30 per person will be applied.

Gift card

Gift cards are valid for 6 months as of their date of purchase.

To cancel or change the date of a booking made using a gift voucher, you must notify the restaurant by telephone, during our opening hours, more than 24 hours in advance. If the cancellation or change is made less than 24 hours in advance, the restaurant will consider the product to be used.

In bookings by gift voucher, failure to attend will be considered as having used the entire gift voucher, with the right to use it in future bookings being lost.
